Final General Assembly

On Tuesday, May 10, 2011, the General Assembly of student school company energetic was held in a room 211. At this meeting all the shareholders armed with ballots were ready to approve the program and the authorities ( the teller, clerk, the President, ... ) of the General Assembly. The annual report was read and accomplishment of the business plan was evaluated.
We thank everybody for his/her participation in the General Assembly and will soon announce the transfer of the dividends. We are very glad for your trust and participation in our events throughout the school year. We believe we have fulfilled not only our expectations on the subject of applied economics, but also that we have provided the program and products that brougth you a joy.

Záverečné valné zhromaždenie

V utorok 10. mája 2011 sa uskutočnilo Valné zhromaždenie študentskej spoločnosti energetic. Na tomto zhromaždení boli všetci akcionári vyzbrojení hlasovacími lístkami a pripravení schváliť program aj orgány ( skrutátori, zapisovateľ, dvaja overovatelia zápisnice, predseda ) valného zhromaždenia. Prečítali výročnú správu a zhodnotili splnenie podnikateľského plánu.
Zástupcovia jednotlivých oddelení manažmentu zhrnuli doterajšie akcie, výrobu produktov a zisky. Za účasť na Valnom zhromaždení ďakujeme a onedlho ohlásime odovzdávanie dividend. Sme veľmi radi za prejavenú dôveru a účasť na našich akciách v priebehu roka.
Veríme, že sme splnili nielen naše očakávania od predmetu aplikovaná ekonómia, ale tiež, že sme vám zabezpečili program a produkty, ktoré vám priniesli radosť.
